Lauren Panza is a co-founder of Contigo Talent, bringing 15 years of expertise in Recruiting and SaaS Client Management. She began her recruiting career working with high-growth SaaS companies, where she built and scaled award-winning go-to-market sales teams. Over the years, Lauren has expanded her skills to include placements in Finance, Operations, HR, and Legal roles. Known for her tenacity in expediting high-priority searches, she excels in mentoring early-career professionals and strategically advising those advancing into leadership positions.

Lauren holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor of Communications from Ithaca College. Beyond her professional life, she teaches yoga and volunteers with local animal rescue groups, helping animals in need find their forever homes.
