Introductory Video Consultation
Share your hiring goals and initiaties, define the positions and estabilish criteria to ascertain your company culture to ensure we send only the most targeted candidates to meet your hiring goals.

Kick-Off Call
Once we have a signed agreement in place, our team will meet with your hiring manager to define and calibrate specifications for each position. From there, a weekly feedback meeting is scheduled and interview times are defined to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Signed Agreement
Once we’ve provided you with our Recruiting Agreement, we’re here to support you throughout the review process. We understand that you may have questions, and we're happy to clarify any details to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. We recognize that multiple approvals may be required on your end, and we’re fully prepared to coordinate with you and your team at each step. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Interview to Hire
The Contigo Talent team conducts individualized searches, pre-screening candidates before submitting them to your team for review. From there, we'll meet with you weekly for Candidate Review discussions, and from there manage the interview process from start to finish. This includes scheduling interviews, offers, negotiation, and conducting references. You can expect the hiring process to take from 21 - 30 days, depending on each position.
